Manuscript Submission
Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format via email to: law.review.lpz@ucb.edu.bo.
If the manuscript includes graphs or figures, these must also be provided in Microsoft Excel format for editorial purposes.
Manuscripts should follow the journal’s format and comply with the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition (English version) style guide, with the following exceptions:
a) No header is required.
b) Subheadings must be numbered (1., 2., 3., etc.).
c) The first page must include:

Title,

Abstract and keywords in both Spanish and English.
The abstract must not exceed 200 words. Authors’ names must include a footnote providing their professional information, institutional affiliation (position and institution), contact email, and ORCID ID.
Any funding sources or the connection to a broader research project (if applicable) must also be declared.
d) The reference list must be organized alphabetically and use hanging indentation. Only works directly cited in the manuscript should be listed, except for those that significantly influenced the conceptualization or design of the study.
e) Legal citations must include the article, type of norm, number or name, and year.
Example: (Art. 1279, Civil Code, Decree Law 12760, 1975) or (Art. 17, Law 439, 2013).
The jurisdiction of the legal source must be specified when relevant.
f) Case law citations must include the court, title of the decision, number, and year.
Example: (TCP, Constitutional Ruling, 1620, 2014). The jurisdiction of origin must also be clarified when appropriate.
The maximum manuscript length is 12,000 words.
The Academic Good Practices Compliance Form must be completed, signed, and submitted along with the manuscript by all listed authors.
