  El Vol. 8 No 15 de la Revista de Derecho de la UCB presenta investigaciones que abordan temas clave del derecho contemporáneo. Destaca el artículo de Marcos García Tornel Calderón, que analiza la posibilidad de un positivismo jurídico pluralista, seguido por el trabajo de Farit L. Rojas Tudela sobre el diálogo intercultural en la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional. Juan Manuel Rosas Caro revisa el concepto de propiedad desde las cosmovisiones indígenas, y Rodrigo René Cruz Apaza critica la representación plurinacional en el Tribunal Constitucional. Este número ofrece una valiosa contribución al debate jurídico actual.

  El presente número ofrece a su gentil público y a la comunidad académica en general tres investigaciones, cuyo desarrollo alimenta el conocimiento del derecho y nos permite aprehenderlo como una realidad en continua construcción. Los primeros dos artículos emanan de investigaciones de tesis de grado, que fueron desarrolladas por sus autores para su titulación de la Carrera de Derecho de la Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo” (UCB) Sede La Paz, constituyendo una grata forma de inaugurar el octavo año en el cual la revista difunde investigaciones vinculadas a la ciencia jurídica, las cuales reafirman el compromiso de la UCB Law Review con el desarrollo del conocimiento entendido como piedra angular de una sociedad democrática y con justicia social.

  This number has six different themes. They are distributed in five scientific articles and a review of book. The first article refers to the difficult experience that a population must face in front of the positive injustice, as well as a reading criticism of the legal scope than a voluntaristic interpretation, as the author calls it, it can lead to at the time of adopting a position against the Law. The philosophical and natural law approach of this article gives a deep sense of commitment and responsibility before justice.

A veces olvidamos lo que somos y al lugar que nos dirigimos. A veces también nos conduce a desdeñar nuestra palabra empeñada. Las posturas vertidas en los tres artículos que hacen al contenido de este cuarto número de la revista coinciden en hacernos reflexionar sobre estos aspectos en diferentes áreas del conocimiento jurídico.
