Policy on the use of artificial intelligence

Authors submitting manuscripts to the Law Review of the Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo” – La Paz Campus, are encouraged to openly share any use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools that supported the preparation of their article.

The use of AI tools is welcome as a complement to the author’s own academic and intellectual work. Authors are kindly asked to acknowledge the tools used (for example: ChatGPT, Grammarly, DeepL, among others) and briefly describe how they contributed — such as assisting with writing, translation, language improvement, or data organization.

Authors remain fully responsible for the ideas, arguments, and conclusions presented in their work. Declaring the use of AI helps promote academic transparency and ethical publishing practices and academics
