For the editors

The evaluation of manuscripts will be based exclusively on their academic merit, taking into account their importance, originality, validity of the study, clarity, coherence, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

Considerations such as race, sexual orientation, religion, ethnic origin, political philosophy, or institutional affiliation of the authors will not influence the review or publication process.

Decisions regarding editing and publication are made independently of any governmental or institutional policies external to the journal.

Editors retain full authority over all editorial content and the timing of publication, in alignment with the mission and academic objectives of the journal.

The editorial team will not disclose any information regarding submitted manuscripts prior to publication, except to the authors, reviewers, editorial advisors, and editors directly involved in the process.

Editors and members of the Editorial Board must not use unpublished information obtained through the review process for their own research without the explicit consent of the authors.

Likewise, any privileged information or ideas acquired through manuscript handling will remain confidential and must not be used for personal advantage.

Editors will recuse themselves from handling manuscripts where a conflict of interest exists, whether due to competitive, collaborative, or institutional relationships with any of the authors or their affiliated entities. In such cases, another editorial board member will assume responsibility for the manuscript.

Editors will ensure that all submitted manuscripts under consideration are subject to peer review by qualified experts in the relevant field.

Final publication decisions will be based on the academic validity of the research, its relevance to the scholarly community, the reviewers’ comments, and legal requirements related to defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. Editors may consult with additional editors or reviewers in making their final decision.

Editors are committed to investigating any reported or suspected cases of unethical behavior. If misconduct is confirmed, the journal will issue the appropriate correction, retraction, or statement of concern, regardless of the time elapsed since publication.
