The UCB law reviewis a scientific publication of the Law Program, La Paz Campus, of the Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo”. It is a peer-reviewed, digital, open-access journal published on a semiannual basis.
It disseminates original legal and scientific research with the aim of contributing to the advancement of legal knowledge, promoting development, fostering plural dialogue, and encouraging sound legal practices within the framework of respect for human rights.
The journal is intended for professors, researchers, legislators, judges, lawyers, and students of legal sciences.

En esta ocasión, la Revista de Derecho de la U.C.B. presenta una edición especial dedicada al Derecho 4.0: Desafíos de las nuevas tecnologías en el Derecho, elaborada en colaboración con Radar Legal Tech Latam, representando un esfuerzo colectivo por comprender y enfrentar las cuestiones jurídicas más urgentes de nuestro tiempo. La inteligencia artificial, los contratos inteligentes, la tokenización de activos, la ciberseguridad, las insurtech y la transformación digital del Estado plantean interrogantes que desafían las categorías tradicionales del Derecho.
