The U.C.B. Law Review is an Open Access Journal.

The content of the journal is published under a Creative Commons Atribución-NoComercial-CompartirIgual 4.0.share alike license (BY-NC-SA): commercial use of the original work or of possible derived works is not allowed, the distribution of which must be done with a license equal to that which regulates the original work.

Reading, searching, downloading, distributing, and reusing the work legally on any medium is permitted for non-commercial purposes only, provided the work is duly cited.
