Open access policy

The U.C.B. Law Review is an Open Access Journal.

The content of the journal is published under a Creative Commons Atribución-NoComercial-CompartirIgual 4.0. (BY-NC-SA 4.0): commercial use of the original work or of possible derived works is not allowed, the distribution of which must be done with a license equal to that which regulates the original work.

All articles published in the UCB Law Review are freely available online to all readers, without subscription or registration.
The journal follows a full open access model, allowing reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing, and use of the articles for academic and non-commercial purposes, provided the source is properly cited.
