Vol. 10 No. 19 (2026)
The UCB Law Review presents this issue on legal and constitutional reforms in Bolivia: critical assessments and legal proposals for a new institutional design. It brings together research examining some of the main challenges facing the Bolivian legal system. The contributions to this issue share a central concern: understanding how laws, institutions, and mechanisms for the enforcement of law affect the quality of democracy, the protection of fundamental rights, the functioning of the justice system, and the conditions necessary for Bolivia’s economic and social development.
