Focus and Scope

The UCB Law Review is an academic legal journal that disseminates original research of a doctrinal, theoretical, case law analysis, normative, historical, philosophical, comparative, empirical, applied, and interdisciplinary nature. The journal accepts submissions from the various branches of law, as well as research that engages with other disciplines, provided that the legal framework constitutes a substantive component of the study's subject matter, methodology, discussion, or academic contribution.
