The manuscript is the original text submitted for publication in the journal. The submission of a manuscript to the journal implies that the authors accept the UCB and journal regulations and that the authors agree that, in case their document is accepted for publication, the UCB will have the copyright to distribute it in both printed and electronic format. The content and concepts issued in the manuscripts are the sole responsibility of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the position of the UCB, the publisher or the journal. The research must meet the standards set forth in Ethic and Good Practices section For the Authors, be reasonably original, belong in its authorship to those referred to in the manuscript, and respect academic ethics. Likewise, the manuscripts must not have been previously published or previously submitted for publication, with the exceptions stated later. Those who are authors of the manuscript must identify themselves and indicate their institutional affiliation, and if they do not have it, they must state that they are independent researchers. Additionally, they must express their ORCID registration number. Registration in this database can be done at https://orcid.org The official languages of publication of the journal are Spanish and English; however, the UCB Law Review reserves the right to publish in other languages. The journal will publish mainly research that has been evaluated anonymously and favorably in its formal, material and methodological merit by academic peers. The journal will refer to the publication dates and approval of the research in its publications. Communications between the journal, the authors and the evaluation bodies will be made by email. The reception of the manuscripts is continuous. The journal reserves the prerogative to establish the order of publication of the manuscripts received and approved by peer reviewers, in consideration of the natural time required by their observation-correction-approval process, as well as the availability or arrangement of each issue, based on the criteria that the journal freely decides.
