Authors retain full intellectual property rights over their work. By submitting their manuscripts, they grant the UCB Law Review a non-exclusive license for initial publication.

All published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). Third parties are free to share and adapt the material for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given to the original source and any derivative works are shared under identical terms.

The legal framework governing these contributions complies with the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, specifically Ley N.º 1322 de Derecho de Autor (Copyright Law No. 1322, April 13, 1992) and its regulatory Decreto Supremo N.º 23907 (Supreme Decree No. 23907, December 7, 1994). Pursuant to these regulations, moral rights remain strictly perpetual, inalienable, imprescriptible, and unwaivable.
