Abstract

This paper approaches the challenge to build, in the theoretical and qualitative field, a private stakeholder feedback mechanism that is both due and quick, connoting the meaning of the procedural design speed with the regulatory and mandatory deadlines, as well as its real application, the efficiency of resources used during processing and, finally, mentioning the importance and potential benefits of the private autonomy to find possible solutions in such matter. The main conclusion reached by the author is that the legal system has a slow response to developing procedural innovations, solutions and adjustments to its own legislative design.
