Abstract
This time, the U.C.B. Law Review presents a special edition dedicated to Law 4.0: Challenges of New Technologies in Law, produced in collaboration with Radar Legal Tech Latam. This edition represents a collective effort to understand and address the most pressing legal issues of our time. Artificial intelligence, smart contracts, asset tokenization, cybersecurity, insurtech, and the digital transformation of the State raise questions that challenge traditional legal categories. How do we regulate what is still in its infancy? How do we protect fundamental rights in spaces where privacy is diluted by data? How do we ensure that ethics is not just rhetoric, but executable code?
