Manuscript Presentation & Submission Guidelines
A manuscript is defined as an original, unpublished text proposed for editorial evaluation and publication in the journal. Submitting a manuscript constitutes express authorization to edit and disseminate the work in digital and print formats, alongside a non-exclusive license of economic rights for its distribution, reproduction, and indexing in international databases. Furthermore, authors fully adhere to the editorial policies of the UCB Law Review and the governing provisions of the Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo” (UCB).
The format and structure of the manuscript are fully set out in the Manuscript Preparation Guidelines section.
All manuscripts must be formally submitted, as a priority, through the official website of the UCB Law Review, following the automated procedure and uploading the required mandatory documents as separate files.
Persistent website errors should be reported to technical support at law.review.lpz@ucb.edu.bo. Upon verifying system unavailability, the Editorial Team may exceptionally permit email submission, subject to attaching all required documents.
Before submitting, authors must carefully review the instructions and the checklist set out in the following section: Submission Instructions.
