Preliminary Editorial Admissibility Review
All received manuscripts undergo an initial screening by the Editorial Team to verify whether the submission meets the core criteria for further editorial processing. This step assesses scope alignment, academic contribution and originality, adherence to methodological and structural soundness, submission of mandatory documentation, and compliance with anonymity rules where applicable. This preliminary evaluation does not constitute a substantive academic review, nor does it replace double-blind peer review. Primary checks include plagiarism and similarity screenings alongside mandatory compliance reviews covering authorship, funding, conflicts of interest, research ethics, data availability, manuscript provenance, and artificial intelligence declarations (detailed in the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools section).
Submissions containing formal deficiencies, ethical breaches, or scope mismatches are subject to corrective requests, process suspension, or preliminary rejection based on the nature and gravity of the issue. The Editorial Team will promptly inform the authors of any such decision.
Upon successful completion of the preliminary review, submissions are routed to double-blind peer review based on their article type (see Manuscript Length and Methodology). Positive evaluations from external reviewers are mandatory prior to final manuscript acceptance and publication.
To ensure editorial transparency, traceability, and indexing standards, all published manuscripts will display key editorial timeline dates.
